Pop-ular fun

Hallo allemaal ,

Ik laat jullie een kaart zien met een stempel van House Mouse Pop-ular fun die ik heb ingekleurd met distress inkt.

Onder het afdrukje heb ik een Grande Nestabilitie gebruikt Labels One.

De tekst is van My Friend Ronnie.

Het papier is van My Minds Eye en heet Lime Twist.

Verder heb ik nog strassteentjes, bloemen, kant en een ruitjeslint gebruikt om de kaart verder af te maken.



De kleuren van de distress zijn:

tattered rose

pumice stone

walnut stain

pine needles

shabby shutters

peeled paint

spun sugar

aged mahogany

faded jeans

Gift card/Box in one!

Hello everyone, today I have a card/gift box project to show you.

It is ideal for any small gifts and I love how this project turned out. The card only measures 4 x 4 inches, not a lot of room for layers, so I kept it simple. The DP I used is by Doodlebug and it was perfect for this project....I bought a 12 x12 piece as I liked it so much, but didn't buy anything else in the same line to match it!! So it suited a simple layout!! I used my favourite Gorjuss girl, she is coloured with copics, cut out and popped up with foam pads onto a nestie cut circle that has been embossed with a joy crafts embossing stencil.

The inside has been decorated in the same way and the sentiment is from WOJ.

This is a shot of my gift box part. I just made a simple box with tab ends that tuck inside. I cut an aperture with a circle nestie and fixed acetate behind, then I made a frame to make the front look pretty! I stuck the back of my box down onto a panel that has been embossed with a joy embossing stencil.

This is the back of my box/card. I used the circle of DP that I cut out for my aperture and a cats life press stamp to decorate it. To decorate the spine I used a piece of pink card, I rounded the corners using a punch and I added two jewels.

This is a picture of all the inside with my tea light candles in the box.

Ahoy Matey!

Ik ben de laaste tijd helemaal "into the paperbag" kaartjes. Je hebt in een handomdraai een heel leuk kaartje. Ik heb een paperbag van 24 cm lang en 10,5 cm breed dubbel gevouwen en met dubbelzijdig tape vastgeplakt. Ik heb hem beplakt met met designpapier van DCWV "rockstar"

Aan de linkerkant heb ik met de Fiskar Randpons "Leave it to weaver" een randje geponst en er een lintje doorgeregen. Het stempelafdrukje is van Kraftin Kimmie "Cutthroat Lizzie"

Voor het label heb ik een stukje kraftpapier gesneden van 11,5cm hoog en 9,8cm breed. De bovenhoekjes heb ik afgerond met de Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper Ik heb hem beplakt met designpapier van DCWV "Rockstar" De tekst Ahoy Matey! is een gratis digi van de blog Create with TLC

Ik heb de tekst eerst uitgestanst met de Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Standard Circles , daarna nog een keer maar dan een iets grotere cirkel met designpapier en daarna nog een schulprandje met de Spellbinders Nestabilities Petite Scalloped Circles Scallop Large Ik heb aan de onderkant nog een lintje bevestigd. Bovenaan de label heb ik nog een gaatje gestanst met de Crop-A-Dile en er tot slot nog een stukje jute touw doorheen geregen

Sweet Tilda

Hello everyone, for my card I have used Sweet Tilda from the Magnolia Right Through My Heart Collection 2010 and she is coloured with copics. The DP is from DCWV and I have used joy embossing stencils for my embossed elements. The sentiment is from SU and I have used a spellbinders fancy tag to make the little tab. The ribbon and jewels are all from my stash.

I have also decorated the inside of this card..... not very exciting but I thought I'd add a picture anyway!!

Toblerone- en appel-kaneel cupcakes

 Ben je niet zo van ingewikkelde recepten maar heb je het liefst een kant en klaar pak? Dan heb ik een tussenweg voor je. Je hebt alleen maar de mix voor cupcakes van Funcakes nodig en een 'smaakmaker'.

 Bij de toblerone cupcakes heb ik bijvoorbeeld stukjes toblerone toegevoegd en gehakte amandelen. Je kunt dit helemaal naar eigen smaak doen, veel of weinig. Voor appel-kaneel cupcakes snijd je een appel in kleine blokjes, vermeng dit met kaneel en wat citroenrasp (lekker fris). Ik heb ook nog wat grove kaneelsuiker toegevoegd. Voila, je hebt binnen no-time heerlijke cupcakes. 

 Je kunt natuurlijk nog meer experimenteren door andere 'smaakmakers' toe te voegen zoals koekjes, candy bars en fruit.

Lavender

Hello everyone, today I have used one of my Karen Lockhart stamps and it is coloured with copics and I have added flower soft onto the lavender. The DP is by Papercraft 4 you and the bunched of lavender go perfectly with this stamp. The embossing has been done with a Joy Crafts stencil called daisy and the punched edge with an MS punch. The sentiment was computer generated and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash.
