Penny Black Joy-filled stockings

Eerlijk gezegd heb ik pas één kerskaartje gemaakt dit jaar, met deze erbij dan 2! Dat is nog erg weinig dus ik dacht daar moet ik eens wat aan gaan doen. Ik wilde graag iets maken met een stempel van Penny Black Joy-filled stockings. Penny Black stempels blijven tot een van mijn favorieten behoren en de keuze bij Create4fun is hierin gigantisch! Papier dat ik hiervoor gebruikt heb is van K&Company, verder heb ik gewerkt met de Liquid Apllique White. Ik heb dit aangebracht op alle bondrandjes en daarna wat glinsterend, in dit geval witte embossing poeder er in gestrooid, transparant met glittertjes geeft ook een mooi effect. Helaas kun je dit op de foto's niet zo goed zien! Daarna gedroogd met de heattool ook wel embossingfohn genoemd. Doe dit wel voorzichtig tot je ziet dat het gaat bobbelen maar ook weer niet te dichtbij anders wordt het niet wit maar bruin (dat overkwam mij de eerste keer) en dat is zonde van je werk. Ik heb een pons gebuikt van McGill Pons Botanical Pine.Verder afgewerkt met wat bloemetjes, stukje touw, lint, brads en rub-ons. Gekleurd met de Copic markers: YG23, YG25

Here's another Christmas card from me, that's all I seem to be making lately and still need loads more too.

I have used Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses paper pad and also lots of Stickles and Marvy Liquid Applique.

Blue Hill Colour Stories Papers

I love these Blue Hill Studio Color Stories papers they are so versatile. Although they are not Christmas papers as such, I have used one of the sheets to make this Christmas card. I have also used the Spellbinders Small Octagons and Scalloped Octagons and applied Liquid Applique to the hats and on the ground as snow.

Liquid Applique

I have been using Liquid Applique on my Christmas cards this last week and love it, especially if you sprinkle fine glitter over the applique before heat setting (heat setting causes the applique to rise up and bubble and gives a wonderful effect for fur or snow) so perfect for winter cards.

On this card I have used the Liquid Applique on her hat and on the step
